Shelley Watts Designs

About twelve years ago, fed up with mass-produced jewellery, I embarked on a Silversmithing course. I enjoyed the course so much that I invested in further training to broaden my knowledge and my husband (a carpenter) made me a small workshop. The rest, as they say, is history!

I like to make and design each piece individually so that it is unique, part of the enjoyment is to see each piece evolve. My jewellery is not precise or perfectly tooled, I will leave that to the jewellery shops, but it is raw, bespoke and interestingly different. I use sterling silver, often incorporating gold and copper detail, freshwater pearls, and of late some sea glass and recycled Bombay Sapphire gin bottle beads.
