Slice of Cake - January 2019

Here we go again. We hit another year and another few months of uncertainty without a Brexit deal.

But we cannot stand still and Cake & Catwalk have bitten the online bullet so from Monday 21st you can buy some of my products

on line direct from the website.

Now the website shop will not be live until the 21st but as privileged members of Cake & Catwalk you can take a sneaky peak but cannot buy until we launch.

Of course it’s not everything I sell in the shop as it would take until next Christmas to get it all on there but as new products arrive I can get them onto to site ready for you to buy.

Hopefully it will also encourage you to come to the shop and enjoy everything we have to offer, including our delightful chit chat and superb customer care.

It’s also buying time so I am chomping at the bit to go off and find new and exciting accessories.

Its not a great time for clothing as we are at the end of the winter season but the weather is going to get worse so no point in buying spring wear.

Let’s wait and see what the new look will be!

I will be on the lookout for handbags and colourful jewellery to brighten up your outfits in these dull January and February skies.

I don’t like having a SALE but I do have a few pieces that need to go and I have them in the shop reduced, some a nearly cost. Lots of Cubic and knitwear. If you like a bargain, visit the shop now and have a browse.

Hats Scarves and Lindy Lou

I also have a fabulous collection of hats, some are very elegant and others are practical, furry and woolly. They range from £12 to the most expensive £30. I still have in stock the big thick and full scarves which are super soft and super warm. We may need them very soon.

My mum and sister in law have been busy knitting and we have a good stock of Lindy Lou scarves and wrist warmers. Prices from £10 up to £30.

AND ALL THE REST.

We had a very successful Festive Street Market in December and have two more planned for this year. 16th June and 1st December. Put the dates in your diary and if you know anyone who is a quality crafter or foodie and they want to book a stall contact us through our website www.thesaintsipswich.com or email me directly. Special discounts for early birds and for booking the two together.

I will have lots more news and events to talk about next time but I want to thank you all for supporting me last year, it means a lot in these uncertain times. For coming to the events in the garden and hope you come again this summer.

A huge thank you to my lovely staff Claire, Michaela and Bettina and friends who helped when I was recuperating.

And to Natalie Chaplin of Grow My Small Business and Cherry of Simply C Photography who are so much more clever at this than I am.

Happy New Year and we look forward to seeing you soon.

Blessings and Love

Lynn
