You feel like shouting...OK the jokes over, we had 6 months of winter, enough is enough. I don’t know about you but I am fed up of feeling cold. It takes the wind of your sails and I am normally a very annoying upbeat person but I am feeling very down and needing some warmth and sunshine.

Still you have keep smiling! The shop is looking lovely with all the nice pinks, blues and a smattering of summer frocks from Pomodoro, Shoes from Ella and Sunnies from Powder. Thankfully as some of you lovely lucky people do go away for some spring sunshine you are coming in and shopping in Cake & Catwalk.

New arrivals from Bright Choice which is loose and flowing, Fenella which has some great sweatshirts in super soft Tensile, great pastel colours and easy comfy wear. As all the new lightweight rubber/aluminium jewellery sold within 2 weeks, I now have purchased more in different styles.

FOOD, HORMONES, CLOTHES, CONFIDENCE, WEIGHT, MENOPAUSE....do any of these effect you?

Join us for a day of insightful and engaging talks from a handpicked line up of passionate speakers, whose sole purpose is to inspire and empower you with their individualised expertise and knowledge, covering all the areas above. Complimented by a small, handpicked selection of stalls and our very own Lily May clothing store.

In the evening, we are offering an *optional* showing of the amazingly truthful movie "EMBRACE" which kick started the body image movement. EMBRACE is the journey of Taryn Brumfitt who, on a personal quest to find out why she and so many women hate their bodies, took the world by storm after posting an unconventional before and after photo on social media.

Plus, we are combining our talks, on additional days, with smaller, more personal workshops. These workshops focus on giving you the opportunity to make a deeper connection with the chosen experts. They are designed to enhance your life, help you to take what you've seen and learnt and make positive changes in the areas you need most.
